Steps to fight depression

  1. Pray to God daily. It relaxes your nerves.
  2.  Try to finish your work in the best possible manner but leave the result in the hands of God.
  3. Always remember neither success nor failure is ever final.
  4. Have faith in God he will make all things right.
  5. Go to a counsellor or an expert who may solve your problems.
